Hi, all! I'm Everyl, better known as Bill. I'm the treasurer of ANO, and I cosplayed as Ico at Animarathon (if you don't know who Ico is, I was the guy who proposed at the end of the raffle  ).
I didn't get to do much with Cos-Arena - just participate in one round and watch parts of a few others. I am interested in the idea, though, because I enjoy cosplay and I am an avid RPG fan (both computer and tabletop varieties). Thus, I can babble a lot about theories and "balance issues" and such, but I have disappointingly little direct experience with the Cos-Arena system (so far). I hope my suggestions and ideas will be helpful, though. Maybe I'll have more time next year, despite still being treasurer.
